All our makhana products are 100% natural, preservative-free, and pesticide-free.
3. Orders and Payments
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
- Payments are accepted through secure payment gateways like Razorpay and others as integrated.
- In case of payment failures, orders will not be confirmed.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- We dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
- Delivery timelines may vary based on your location.
- Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking ID via email or WhatsApp.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
As we deal in edible food products, returns are accepted only in cases of:
- Damaged packaging at the time of delivery
- Wrong item delivered
To be eligible, customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
