Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with TheKoshi. We are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and in the best condition possible. Please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, courier issues), shipments may be delayed slightly. In such cases, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.

2. Shipping Methods & Partners

We deliver across India through trusted courier partners such as:

  • Delhivery
  • Ekart 
  • India Post
  • DTDC and others based on serviceability

Tracking details are provided once the order is dispatched.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & 3 cities: 5–7 business days
  • Remote or rural areas: 7–10 business days

Please note: These are estimated delivery timelines and may vary depending on courier partner performance and location.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
  • Orders below ₹499 may attract a standard shipping fee of ₹40–₹60 based on location.
  • Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly mentioned during checkout before payment.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available in selected pincodes only.
  • An additional COD handling fee of ₹30–₹50 may be applicable.
  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.

6. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or WhatsApp message with a tracking link and courier name.
  • You can track your order status using the provided link or from the “Track Order” section on our website.

7. Delivery Issues

If your order is:

  • Delayed: Please allow a few extra days and then contact us for assistance.
  • Marked delivered but not received: Inform us within 24 hours.
  • Received in damaged or tampered condition: Kindly take photos/videos and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

We will investigate and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.

8. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Unavailability at the time of delivery
  • Refused delivery

Reshipping charges may apply in such cases.

9. International Shipping

Currently, we do not ship outside India.
