TheKoshi Return & Refund Policy


At TheKoshi, your trust is our fuel. We are committed to delivering the highest quality raw makhana that fuels your day – naturally. However, if something goes wrong, we’re here to make it right.

✅ Returns Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or expired product.
  • The product received is different from what you ordered (wrong item/quantity).
  • The packaging was tampered with or unsealed at the time of delivery.

⚠️ Note: Due to the perishable nature of food items, we do not accept returns for reasons such as taste preference or change of mind.

🔄 Return Window

  • Return or replacement requests must be raised within 5 days of product delivery.
  • Requests made after this window will not be eligible.

📦 How to Request a Return

Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours.

💰 Refunds

  • If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.

🚚 Replacements

  • If your product qualifies, a free replacement will be shipped within 3–5 business days, depending on availability.
