We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will either replace the product or issue a refund, as per our return guidelines. Note: Returns are not accepted for opened or used packets unless there is a quality issue.
